He finally made it! I am so proud of Adam and all that he has done the last few years in order to raise a family, provide for us, and finish school! He is my hero.
The next event I did not document with pictures because I was such a nervous wreck and didn't even think to have Adam bring a camera, but I ran a half marathon. There were many small obstacles in my training that were huge road blocks mentally and physically. But, I decided that nothing was going to stop me from finishing, and I did. It was a great feeling to cross that finish line, especially to see my family there supporting me. It's indescribable, really.
And, the last big event was that my little baby just keeps growing up! Baylub gave his first talk in Primary today. It is a small accomplishment, but it makes me feel like he is just growing up without me even realizing what's happening.
His talk was on Joseph Smith and the Restoration.
Needless to say, we have had many tears of joy these last few weeks.

Thats so great that Adam is finished That Baylub did he talk, by the way that is the cutest pic ever!! and WAY TO GO for the Half marathon, i am doing the Ogden one on the 15th and well lets just say I haven't trained at all, i don't know what I am going to do!!! But I am going to go, so we'll see how it goes. Any pointers please let me know, oh and we'll see ya Friday??

Hey Congrats! I'm excited to hear more about your half-marathon... I'll have to talk to you at our next FHE!... That is quite the accomplishment! And we're very excited for Adam of course! And Caleb looks so dang cute in his suit!
Lara! Good job on all those big events. What a feeling to be done with school! Good job to you and Adam (it takes two with all those little ones at home.) And way to go on your 1/2 marathon! I can't imagine how much dedication it takes to train for that kind of thing! I'm very impressed.
